Rescheduling Policy
If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 48 hours in advance. After 48 hours, no refund will be issued for the original booking. Please email us at [email protected] to reschedule.
Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be sent to [email protected] 72 hours prior to the tasting start time. Cancellations received less than 72 hours prior to the tasting start time are not eligible for refunds.
Cancellations On Our Part
In the event that Third Rail has to cancel a class due to severe weather conditions or because a tasting does not meet our minimum number of participants, we will notify you 24 hours prior to the tasting start time, and you will have the option to receive a full refund or reschedule for a future tasting.
